Emerald City Homes was founded in 2017 with an ambition to become the leading property investment fund in Surrey and the surrounding Home Counties. We are located in the most affluent county in the UK, outside of Greater London. This enables us to quickly identify suburbs of growth and prosperity that are suitable for purchase, development and fast resale.
Our specialisation is in the smart development of new homes through the acquisition of private land and buildings which are suitable for multi-dwelling conversions.

KEIRAN PATEL
DIRECTOR
Keiran has been in property development for 5 years and is the founding Director of Emerald City Homes - which he has also made a personal investment in.
In 2017 Keiran co-founded KT5 Construction, a successful construction firm, with an annual turnover of £1m. During that time he has built an expert property and construction team whose skills serve a vast scale of competence.
THOMAS RYAN
DIRECTOR
With 25 years in the construction industry at a senior level, Thomas is Contracts Director at KT5 Construction, which he co-founded with Keiran in 2017, and has worked on a great portfolio of projects including private, residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and large new build developments.
Thomas is also the co-founding Director of Emerald City Homes.
